Designing a new service for the launch of V&A East and Storehouse in Stratford

V&A Museum

The V&A are actively working on building three new museum spaces in East London - V&A East and Storehouse in Stratford, and the Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green. The opening dates are slated for 2024.

The V&A commissioned Snook to create a bespoke service that will form a core part of delivery for the museums when they open. Building on in-depth user research, mapping and service blueprinting, we created a service that will inspire and engage a new generation of future museum visitors.
